We have heard that several NHSmail users received a phishing email recently. It looks like the one above.
This is a spam email and you must not click this link. NHSmail will never ask you to click on a link to verify account information.
You can tell that this is likely to be a phishing email by spotting the following signs:
• The email has poor spelling and grammar
• The font changes randomly throughout the email
• You are asked to click a link and provide account information
If you do suspect you have received this type of spam/phishing email please do not respond and do not fill out any user names/passwords. Please forward the email as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org who will look to block these on the email filters.
